Liberty House provides a substance-free transitional program to help Veterans get back on their feet, regain their independence and build stable futures.
Transitional Program
We offer a safe, substance-free and accountable environment for resident Veterans, using our unique 4-Step process that progresses them through recovery, mental and physical wellness, meaningful employment, and ultimately, a successful transition to independence.
Community Veteran Support
We regularly provide food, clothing, toiletries, bus passes, gas cards, information and referrals to our Veterans from the community who require assistance with everyday needs.
